Terms of service

These terms cover coralreefventures.com, and Streamlane and Driftline while they are open to invited guests: the sites at streamlane.app and driftline.app, and Streamlane's workspaces. They are an agreement between you and Coral Reef Ventures, Inc., and by signing in or using any of them you agree to them.

These terms were last changed on 14 October 2026.

Who may use them

Anyone may read coralreefventures.com and send the interest form. Streamlane and Driftline are open, for now, only to people we invite. An invitation is for the person it was sent to: please do not share your access. Workspaces in Streamlane are opened by invitations from their own administrators.

An early release

Streamlane and Driftline are early, and they change. Features may be added, changed or taken away, and a workspace may be unavailable while we work on it. They are free while they are open to invited guests. If we start charging, we will say so before it applies to you, and nothing you have not agreed to will be charged.

What is yours

What you put into Streamlane stays yours. You give us permission to store it, show it to the people you share it with, and process it as the features you use need, including sending parts of it to the models our privacy page names. We use it to run Streamlane for you and for nothing else. The privacy page says what we keep and for how long.

Streamlane's software, names and marks are ours. Streamlane's source code, where it is published, comes with its own license, and the trademark guidelines say how the names and marks may be used.

Using them fairly

Do not use them to break the law or anyone's rights, to put in anything you have no right to share, or to get at data that is not yours. Do not try to get past the door, the sign-in or a workspace's permissions, or put more load on the services than ordinary use does. If you find a security problem, tell us at hello@coralreefventures.com rather than using it.

Ending

You may stop at any time, and ask us to erase what we hold about you, as the privacy page describes. We may suspend or end your access, for example by revoking an invitation, if you break these terms or to protect the services or the people who use them.

No promises beyond these

The services are provided as they are, without any warranty, to the extent the law allows. We work to keep them running and your data safe, but we do not promise they will always be available or free of mistakes. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may change these terms. We will post the new version here with its date, and for a change that matters, we will write to the address your invitation went to before it applies.
